Characteristics of the Indigo Ray

Q. What are the characteristics of the indigo ray and the green ray?

Hilarion: The indigo ray has a great deal of interest of many in the world who are connected to children and teenagers at this time. Because it encompasses a new form of communication, a way in which there is a sort of grid-like structure, or instantaneous awareness of many aspects of oneness amongst those on this ray. 

Most rays though producing some degree of similarity are not very much concerned with this. This indeed includes the Green Ray.  In the Green Ray there is a great deal of attention on the transposition or transformation between form and function.  Specifically, tending towards technology, awareness of the practical made real from the ideas but more importantly, the transformation from the practical into the ideas. This interposition between these energies can tend to bring together groups. But by and large like all the rest of the rays, tends to be with one other exception beside the indigo, tends to be that of individualization.

Although there can be a great deal of learning from the group consciousness, working on a project together, bringing energies of form into that which then is made real or the learning of reality into the form. This still tends to be primarily activating the energy of the soul.  For that being to know themselves, to awaken their own particular group perhaps, their group soul or the consciousness that enables them to evolve.

With the indigo energy though, this connectivity has no limits.  It can be an interconnectivity of all of the beings on the planet. What is tending to happen is an inter-connectivity amongst all of those associated with the indigo ray as if they connect into a sort of network and are able to understand many aspects of each other in ways that are otherwise very difficult for people to work with.  Those energies can be those of a direct sense or a visioning, but more frequently it tends to relate to aspects that step outside the barriers of time. 

That is the limitations that would normally be imposed by language which tends to move toward past present or future tense.  And this is one reason why indigo's have such difficulty with the expressive characteristic; they must make some powerful modifications, or limiting or dumbing down of this energy to express it, to understand it to share it in the world.  Yet, that energy can still be present, yet not fully understood or expressed.

What is growing on your planet with the development of the indigo consciousness is the opportunity for anyone to enter into that. That is always true about the rays. You do not have to be receiving that ray energy directly in order to work with it, to love others who were connected to it or use it yourself.  If that were true, then you would find so many limitations on your planet, everyone can to some extent teach what they know, communicate who they are, love or heal, etc.  

The other energy that works with the inter- connectivity rather than the individualization aspect of the soul learning is that of the young ones who are being born now many of whom have the direct association with the “Rainbow Ray.”  This is what it has been called because it is a blending of a variety of colors.  But also because it is the awareness of a color that can differentiate and this way is inherently connected to a series of different beings, energies and awareness.  More of the very young ones but a few of the somewhat older children, still none have reached the teenage years yet, and the rainbow energy may be that which is better understood over the next few years as these children are better able to express it themselves.
